Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers. Conduct
  • Conduct market research to identify and qualify leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Understand customer requirements and present suitable product or service solutions.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer client queries confidently.
  • Sales Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
  • Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of total experience

  • Proven experience in outbound sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
