Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls and send emails to potential customers. Conduct
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information.
- Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable product or service solutions.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer client queries confidently.
- Sales Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of total experience
