Analyst, Private Equity

What role you will play in team: Work closely with senior professionals to source, evaluate and execute Private Equity investments.

What you will do: You will be involved in all aspects of the investment process, from initial screening to portfolio management.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting market research and identifying potential investment opportunities
• Financial modeling and valuation
• Performing due diligence on potential investments
• Preparing investment memos and presentations

• Monitoring portfolio companies
• Participating in investment committee meetings

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Finance or related field
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience in Excel
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Private Equity transactions is a plus
