Investment Banking Analyst - Debt Financing

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our debt financing team, working on leveraged buyouts, refinancing, and other debt-related transactions.

What you will do: Your responsibilities will include financial modeling, due diligence, and working with clients and other stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analysis for debt financing transactions.
• Perform due diligence on potential borrowers and their assets.
• Prepare presentations and other materials for clients and investors.
• Coordinate with other teams, including legal and accounting.
  
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and activities.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial modeling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of debt markets.
