Investment Banking Analyst - Leveraged Finance

What role you will play in team: You’ll be part of a team that structures and executes leveraged finance transactions for corporate clients.

What you will do: Conduct financial analysis, build models, and assist in deal execution.

Key responsibility:

• Financial modeling and valuation of leveraged buyouts and other debt financings
• Analyzing financial statements and credit risk
• Preparing presentations and documentation for clients and lenders

• Supporting deal execution, including due diligence and closing
• Monitoring loan portfolio performance

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 0-1 year of experience in investment banking
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Understanding of debt financing instruments
