We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with excellent communication skills to join our Business Development team. This role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities on online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
• Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate effectively with clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with the technical team to meet client expectations.
• Conduct research to understand market trends and competitors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  
• Manage client accounts and track project progress.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for business growth strategies.
  

Qualifications Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
Sound knowledge of IT terminologies.
