Salesforce Lead (9 Yrs Pune)

A leader in IT services and digital transformation, operating in the CRM and cloud enterprise applications sector delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations, integrations, and managed services for B2B and B2C clients. We deliver scalable, secure CRM solutions and require an on-site technical lead to drive architecture and delivery for strategic Salesforce programs in Pune, India.
Role & Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery for Salesforce projects: define solution architecture, data model, security, and integration patterns across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Lead design and implementation of custom code and UI: guide Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce where required; enforce coding standards and perform code reviews.
• Design and manage integrations: implement REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and ensure reliable data flows with external systems.
• Drive release management and deployment processes using source control and CI/CD practices; coordinate production releases and rollback plans.
• Mentor and lead on-site engineering teams, working closely with product owners, architects, QA, and project managers to meet timelines and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot performance and scalability issues, produce technical documentation, and maintain governance and compliance for Salesforce orgs.
