Key Responsibilities
1. Manage attendance, leave management, and payroll.
2. Address employee queries, grievances, and escalate when required
3. Support the performance appraisal cycle and training programs
4. Conduct exit formalities and maintain employee off-boarding documents
5. Assist the HR Manager in daily administrative and operational duties
6. Maintain employee database, HRMS updates, and personnel records
7. Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
8. Coordinate employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation
9. Statutory handling-PF, ESI, Tamilnadu Labour Welfare Fund, Professional Tax, Labour Department, etc, Addition, Deletion & Updation in Portal
10. Full & final settlement
11. NABH Work
Skills & Competencies

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools
4. Good organisational, time management & multi-tasking ability
5. Problem-solving attitude and confidentiality in handling data
Qualifications
1. Any Degree with MBA HR
2. 25 years of experience in HR Generalist
