Intern - Legal Process

OSOI, an ISO-certified legal outsourcing MNC based in Gurgaon, offers legal services including Conveyancing, Due Diligence, Title Checking, Land Tax, Mortgages, Property Searches, and Land Tax filing for the UK.
We are offering 5-6 internship opportunities for graduates. The internship period is 3 months, with a monthly stipend of ?15,000. Interns are required to maintain at least 95% attendance and work strictly from the office, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Successful interns may be considered for full-time employment based on their performance during the internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and preparing documents for property conveyancing
• Support due diligence and title verification processes
• Conduct property searches using internal tools and UK databases

• Prepare Land Tax and Stamp Duty documentation
• Collaborate with the legal support team on mortgage and remortgage filings
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in client documentation
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal compliance protocols
  

Requirements

• Graduate in Law, Business, or any discipline (Freshers may apply)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of legal processes (UK law exposure is a plus)
• Good written communication in English
• Ability to work full-time from the Gurgaon office
