About The Role

We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer who is passionate about building real-world AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

In this role, you will design and develop AI-powered products that automate internal workflows and create intelligent tools for students, teachers, and internal teams.

• You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate AI into various platforms and deliver scalable solutions.
• Key Responsibilities
• Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enable AI systems to answer questions from company content
• Build AI assistants and copilots for students, teachers, and internal teams
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems such as CRM, websites, and analytics tools
• Develop and optimize prompt pipelines and evaluation frameworks
• Deploy AI applications using scalable APIs and microservices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven product opportunities
• Continuously improve AI models and workflows for performance and accuracy

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
• Experience working with OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering
• Experience in API development (FastAPI or Flask)
• Basic experience with Cloud Deployment (AWS / GCP)
• Educational & Professional Qualification
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Candidates from IITs, NITs, IIITs, or reputed universities will be preferred
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Data Science will be an added advantage
• 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML development, NLP, or Generative AI applications
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proven experience in building AI-powered applications or automation solutions
• Experience integrating AI models with APIs, databases, and web applications
• Good to Have
• Experience designing and deploying RAG systems
• Experience building AI chatbots or AI copilots
• Exposure to EdTech, education platforms, or content-driven products
