Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate negotiation, along with good knowledge of ATS, HRMS tools, and job portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/HRMS systems.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate compensation, offers, and joining timelines with candidates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and maintain accurate recruitment reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and close positions within the required timelines.

• 5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools.
• Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and TAT.

• Experience in handling multiple non-IT functions and senior-level hiring.
• Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong networking and talent-pipeline-building skills.
