About The Role
We are looking for a Generative AI Engineer who is passionate about building real-world AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
In this role, you will design and develop AI-powered products that automate internal workflows and create intelligent tools for students, teachers, and internal teams.
- You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate AI into various platforms and deliver scalable solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enable AI systems to answer questions from company content
- Build AI assistants and copilots for students, teachers, and internal teams
- Integrate AI solutions with internal systems such as CRM, websites, and analytics tools
- Develop and optimize prompt pipelines and evaluation frameworks
- Deploy AI applications using scalable APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven product opportunities
- Continuously improve AI models and workflows for performance and accuracy
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
- Experience working with OpenAI / Claude / Gemini APIs
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering
- Experience in API development (FastAPI or Flask)
- Basic experience with Cloud Deployment (AWS / GCP)
- Educational & Professional Qualification
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Candidates from IITs, NITs, IIITs, or reputed universities will be preferred
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Data Science will be an added advantage
- 36 years of experience in AI/ML development, NLP, or Generative AI applications
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proven experience in building AI-powered applications or automation solutions
- Experience integrating AI models with APIs, databases, and web applications
- Good to Have
- Experience designing and deploying RAG systems
- Experience building AI chatbots or AI copilots
- Exposure to EdTech, education platforms, or content-driven products
