: Manager – Travel & Expense
Job Title: Manager – T&E
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
Working: On site 5 days from office

This position is part of the P2P Financial Services within Othain Group. The purpose of the Dy Manager is to ensure the functional management of T&E solutions (process & systems), in line with T&E Payments process.

This position is part of the P2P Financial Services within Othain Group. The purpose of the Dy Manager is to ensure the functional management of T&E solutions (process & systems), in line with T&E Payments process.
Principle Responsibilities
- Work very closely with the client manager, T&E team
- Provide strategic direction and oversight of the global T&E process.
- Overseeing global T&E shared services function to ensure timely booking and payment of T&E claims for org entities globally.
- Responsibility to verify that T&E transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee T&E payment enquiries
- Refine policies as required and supervise all accounting tasks that are involved in the T&E payment process.
- Proactively work towards increasing internal controls and process efficiencies
- Implement regular (weekly, monthly, annual) reporting related to T&E in order to support procurement and finance teams.
- Identify and report on key metrics and KPIs for expense reporting and corporate card administration.
- Develop and maintain SOPs with appropriate communication to ensure employees understand the standardized process.
- Support statutory audit and coordinate the audit process for T&E area.s
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting from university. Postgraduate (MBA/CA) strongly preferred
- 10 Years + Experience
- At least 5 years proven direct work experience with T&E and SAP Concur Expense implementation.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a team lead in managing people
- Experience in an international environment.
- Excellent in MS excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience within a high-volume business at operational level
- Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliances
- Personality with strong delivery skills and focused on results.
- Project management skills (Ability to identify problems and define solutions incl. implementation plans in a structured manner)
- Ability to think strategically and take a helicopter view, but also be able to dive deep into operational problems when required.
- Strong commitment to permanent process/system improvements and standardization
- Fluent in business English
