This is a 1099 contract opportunity on the Outlier.ai platform. Because this is a freelance opportunity, we do not offer internships, sponsorship, or employment. - You will train AI models by writing and answering questions in your native language related to your field.
- You will evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems.
- You will use your domain expertise to assess the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models
- An MD degree in any specialty from an accredited university
- Fluency in writing and speaking Hindi
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in reading and writing in Hindi and spot errors or inconsistencies
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts

- Currently, pay rates for core project work by Medical Doctor experts in India range from $13 to $23 USD per hour (exact amounts are shown on projects once you successfully pass onboarding).
- Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments. Please review the payment terms for each project.
