- 1: Graduate/UG with min 1 Year Exp in BPO
- 2: Candidate Must Not Have Any Exams in the Next 6 Months
- 3: 24x7 Shifts
- 4: 5 Days Working
- 5: Both Side Cabs
- 6: Excellent Communication Skills
- 7: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for desktop and laptop issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using remote access tools like TeamViewer.
- Configure routers, modems, printers, and other peripherals for optimal performance.
- Assist with networking setup and configuration of LAN/WAN networks.
- Resolve complex technical issues related to Windows operating systems, firewalls, VPN connections, and more.
