Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate sales by explaining product features, benefits, and offers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
