With Ask Outreach, we have built a fully agentic, conversational platform on LangGraph that lets users interact with their Outreach data and workflows in entirely new ways.
As we scale the depth and breadth of our AI platform, quality is not an afterthought — it is foundational. We are looking for a Staff Test Engineer - AI who is first and foremost an exceptional quality engineer, and who brings a genuine curiosity and working understanding of how AI and LLM-based systems behave, fail, and improve. The Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to partner closely with Development, Product, and Security teams to ensure we build the right balance of automation, tooling, and telemetry to measure quality in these areas.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include

• Develop and execute comprehensive automation test plans and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Strong Hands-on coding experience with one of the Programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript. Preferably JavaScript.
• Proficient with one of the automation tools like Cypress, Web Driver IO, Protractor.
• Hands-on using with AI-Driven Automation.
• Experience working on CI/CD pipelines (Circle CI / Jenkins / Azure Devops).
• Hands-on experience with one of the Database/s like PostgreSQL / SQL.
• Knowledge on microservices architecture.
  
• Hands-on experience with API Automation (using Postman, Rest Assured, Super Test, Axios).
• Working experience on one of the Web Services like Graph QL / Rest Assured.
• Experience testing Gen-AI Applications, Agentic Workflows and automating them is a plus.
• Conduct functional, regression, and database testing to ensure software quality.
• Working experience on Enterprise SaaS is a must.
• Working Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices.
  

Minimum Qualifications
Our Vision of You:

• 3-5 years of experience in software development and/or test automation, with demonstrated experience leading quality efforts on complex, distributed systems.
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience writing reusable, maintainable test frameworks.
• Proven experience testing large-scale backend or platform systems, including microservices and API layers.
• Deep understanding of test design principles, CI/CD integration, and scalable test automation.

Get Hired
• Experience with test frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright or equivalent.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and product functions.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing Enterprise based SaaS application
• Strong experience in writing SQL Queries
• Ability to build/maintain test frameworks - build regression suites; smoke suites
• Experience testing GenAI products, LLM-based systems, or agentic AI platforms.
• Experience testing API and automation of APIs
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Domain knowledge in sales, sales engagement, or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) — understanding the workflows, terminology, and data that sales teams operate with.
• Prior experience contributing to AI quality strategies in a product or research environment.
