Job Description
- Responding to customer queries via call, chat, and Email.-- Ensuring all agent KPI (Key performance indicators) are met, not limited to, AHT, NPS, Time on System,-Quality scores-
-Eligibility Criteria:
- Fluent speaking and writing ability in English.
- Graduate.-- Fresher can apply.-- The age limit is not more than 35 years.-- Comfortable with rotational night shifts is a must.-- Basic knowledge of using computers.-
