The role is responsible for preparing and analysing management reports, financial statements, profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and business performance metrics. The individual will support management decision-making through accurate financial reporting,
cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and financial insights while ensuring the integrity of financial information across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Management Reporting:
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheet and Cash flow closing activities.
- Perform balance sheet schedules preparation and account reconciliation
- Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly budgets and forecasts
- Support MIS reporting - variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast)
- Assist with business performance reviews and dashboards for leadership
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect tax returns (e.g., income tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.
- Manage tax assessments, audits, and correspondence with tax authorities.
- Optimize tax planning strategies in compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks

- Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
- Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
