• Provide guidance and support across various investment transactions, including performing and non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, and specialty financing.
• Take accountability for the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Provide direction and oversight to the implementation team during product implementation and post-implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and client satisfaction.
• Address client-specific needs through ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting, leveraging insights to enhance client outcomes.
• 
  Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the development team, acting as a Business Analyst for platform features, client changes, and issue resolution.
• Act as an extension of the client team, supporting asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post-deal analysis, and business planning to deliver value-added insights.
• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts within teams and among stakeholders using effective strategies such as mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  

Requirements

• MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate degree with specialization in Finance/IT or related fields; B.E./B.Tech preferred
• Demonstrated experience in engineering technology-driven solutions, with strong acumen for leveraging technology to enhance financial processes
• Proficient understanding of financial concepts, with advanced skills in Excel, Macros, and SQL (intermediate to advanced level required)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong logical thinking to effectively analyze large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data
• Proven track record of strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability under pressure
• Strong interest in technology, supported by relevant work experience; prior experience in development/IT roles is a significant advantage
• Knowledge of Loan Servicing and Alternative Investments across asset classes (Asset-Based Lending, Commercial Real Estate, Middle Market) for EMEA and US preferred
