Job Description

We are seeking a senior Accountant with a strong background in Accounting & Auditing to join our team. As a senior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements and reports accurately and in a timely manner, conducting internal audits to ensure compliance and efficiency, managing tax filings to ensure adherence to tax laws, analyzing financial data to provide insights for decision making, supervising and mentoring junior accounting staff, assisting in budgeting and financial planning processes, and ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. You should have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices, experience with financial reporting and taxation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel & Tally, as well as knowledge of Income tax filing & GST Filing.

Key skills required for this position include Financial Analysis, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Accounting and a total of 2 years of work experience. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the location of work is in person.,
