Job Description


Role & responsibilities

1. Manage full-cycle recruitment for circle-level positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).

2. Collaborate with the Corporate HR to prepare, verify, and release offer letters.

3. Monitor and manage off-roll employees in coordination with outsourced agencies.

4. Ensure timely onboarding, attendance tracking, documentation, and compliance for off-roll staff.

5. Handle contract renewals, billing verification, and vendor coordination.

6. Support day-to-day HR operations for the circle, ensuring adherence to HR policies and processes.

7. Assist in handling employee queries, grievance redressal, and escalation management.

8. Maintain HR databases, trackers, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

9. Facilitate the onboarding journey for new hires, including document collection, induction, and system creation.

10. Ensure timely completion of joining formalities for both on-roll and off-roll employees.

11. Coordinate with IT/Admin for asset allocation and other joining requirements.

12. Handle ESIC registration/linking for on-roll employees.

13. Coordinate with Payroll/Compliance teams to ensure statutory requirements are met.

Preferred candidate profile


1. Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or circle-level HR roles.

3. Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and statutory compliance

4. Local Language Mandatory (Read, write, Speak)
