Role: Demand Generation Specialist - US

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Target Market: United States (North America)

Focus: Identifying, engaging, and qualifying B2B leads to build a high quality sales pipeline for IT services and Staff Augmentation.

Core Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing:

Identify and build highly targeted prospect lists within the US market across various industries.

Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold outreach strategies using Email, LinkedIn, and other digital touchpoints.

Campaign Management: Build and manage automated outreach sequences while ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on US technology trends and in-demand skills to align outreach with market needs.

Database Hygiene: Maintain an organized lead database, ensuring all contact information is accurate and updated.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing heads to refine messaging and hand over qualified leads.

Requirements

Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a Demand Gen or Lead Gen role.

US Market Expertise:

Prior experience specifically targeting the US Geographic location (understanding time zones, cultural nuances, and business etiquette).

Tool Mastery: Advanced hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha is mandatory.

IT Services Background: Solid understanding of B2B IT services, software outsourcing, and Staff Augmentation models.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to write personalized, non-spammy outreach copy.
