Job Title: Area Sales Manager Home Loans (Prime Segment Only)
Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales of prime home loan products in the assigned area by managing channel partners, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive home loan sales in the prime customer segment within the assigned territory.
- Develop and manage relationships with builders, brokers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead and guide the sales team to maximize productivity and conversions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout the loan process.

Key Requirements:
- Experience in Home Loans in Prime sector is a must
- Strong network with builders, DSAs, and real estate brokers.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
