Key Responsibilities

• Convert home loan & mortgage leads into appointments and disbursals
• Manage end-to-end loan process with compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with banks & NBFCs
• Handle client interactions, documentation, and application submission
• Analyze loan files, assess eligibility, and resolve processing issues
• Prepare loan proposals and ensure smooth contract completion

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Home Loan/Mortgage/LAP
• Strong communication & client handling skills
• Good understanding of loan processing & financial analysis
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of compliance & regulations
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate (Finance/Business preferred)
