The company is licensed for Firefighting from Directorate of Maharashtra Fire Services and for Plumbing from Govt of Maharashtra State. Palminfra is expanding its operations to include a new division offering interior and architecture design services.

Role Description

The Project Manager at Palminfra Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of plumbing and firefighting projects.

This role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to avoid project delays.

Financial Management:

Monitor project costs and control expenses to stay within budget.

Prepare and review cost estimates, invoices, and billing documentation.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and technical staff.

Ensure proper workforce allocation and resolve any manpower issues.

Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of project progress, changes, and issues.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

Ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and documentation are in place.

Experience: Minimum 2-10 years of experience in plumbing & firefighting project management.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of plumbing & firefighting systems, relevant codes, and industry standards..

Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle site challenges, conflicts, and unforeseen issues effectively.

Safety Compliance: Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Allocate resources efficiently and coordinate with teams for smooth execution.

Ensure all project milestones are met as per the agreed timeline.

2. Site Management & Coordination:

Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to design specifications.

Resolve technical and operational challenges on-site.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to track project progress.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Conduct quality checks to ensure workmanship meets industry standards.

Address any non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors.

Conduct regular progress meetings and update stakeholders on project status.

Handle client concerns and ensure satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

5. Procurement & Vendor Coordination:

Identify and procure materials as per project requirements.
