: Senior Technical Program Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation programs for global customers. This role requires strong expertise in managing complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives, aligning technology solutions with business objectives, and ensuring seamless delivery through robust governance, effective communication, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, ML, and chatbot solution programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and business outcomes.
  
• 
  Work closely with clients to understand business needs, capture requirements, and translate them into actionable technical plans.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teamsengineering, product, data science, UX, and QA—to define scope, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  
• Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  
• Manage regular client interactions for status updates, expectation setting, and overall engagement satisfaction.
  
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and resource gaps, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  
• Establish and enforce strong governance frameworks, including RAID logs, documentation standards, and reporting mechanisms.
  
• Support the creation and review of RFPs, SOWs, and other program documentation as required.
  

• 15–20 years of experience in program or delivery management within IT consulting or product-based organizations.
  
• Strong expertise in AI/ML initiatives, Cloud Transformation (AWS/Azure), and enterprise technology delivery.
  
• Proven experience managing governance structures, risk frameworks, compliance processes, and large-scale project operations.
  
• Hands-on experience with RAID management, RFP/SOW development, and stakeholder communications.
  
• Working technical understanding of Python is preferred.
  
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with global teams.
  
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSPO, Agile/Scrum Master are highly preferred.
