Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of a busy professional. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with multitasking, and eager to learn new skillsincluding leveraging tools like ChatGPT for marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the executives diary, appointments, and meetings
- Support basic marketing activities in collaboration with ChatGPT (training provided)
- Plan, coordinate, and promote events or workshops via telemarketing, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Assist in recruiting and coordinating with contractors or freelancers for various business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing tools
- Comfortable learning and using AI tools like ChatGPT
