Data Analyst - BFSI Operations

What role you will play in team: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights to improve operational efficiency in our BFSI operations.

What you will do: Extract, clean, and analyze data related to loan processing, customer service, and other operational areas. Develop data visualizations to communicate findings.

Key responsibility:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and provide data-driven recommendations.
• 
  Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards.
• Collaborate with other teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with large datasets.
