Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with 23 years of experience in internal hiring, preferably within the accounting industry. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to bulk hiring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal requirements across accounting and finance roles
• Handle bulk hiring mandates while maintaining quality and turnaround time
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
• Support workforce planning and hiring drives as per business needs
• Adhere to recruitment SLAs, compliance, and internal hiring policies
