Talent Acquisition - Executive ( Real Estate)

Real Estate experience would be the first preference, especially construction side

Recruitment & Selection

• Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates while optimizing cost
• Oversee all stages recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement cost- effective recruiting methods while adhering to budgetary constraints and salary guidelines
• Keep track of recruitment metrics and data to analyse the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate and conduct orientation programs to integrate new employees into the organization smoothly.
• Gather feedback from new hires to identify areas for improvement in the on boarding process and address any concerns they may have
