Job Overview

Paradigm Realty is seeking a Junior-level Talent Acquisition professional based in Mumbai to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will contribute to strengthening our team by finding top talent aligned with our organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates to match job specifications (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in onboarding new hires smoothly and efficiently (Mandatory skill)
  • Skills in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events
  • Ability to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles
  • Expertise in talent pipelining to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
  • Employer branding knowledge to attract and retain top talent
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage offers and compensation packages
