We are looking for a hands-on Performance / Growth Marketing Manager to lead B2B lead generation and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, loves experimentation, and is deeply data-driven.
Role Overview
You will own end-to-end B2B growth and performance marketing for onboarding real estate brokers and agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality, sales-ready leads and continuously improve lead-to-onboarding conversion using performance marketing, funnel optimization, and growth experiments.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Own end-to-end B2B lead generation for real estate brokers and agencies
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Drive high-intent, high-quality lead acquisition with strict CPL and lead-quality benchmarks
- Build and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and lead funnels
Growth & Funnel Optimization
- Run A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
- Execute retargeting & remarketing strategies to improve conversions
- Track and optimize the funnel from MQL SQL onboarding activation
- Collaborate closely with Sales & Onboarding teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Growth Experiments & Innovation
- Launch and scale growth initiatives such as referral programs, WhatsApp lead capture, webinars, demos, broker communities, and partnerships
- Experiment with new channels and growth loops to improve scalability
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report campaign performance, funnel metrics, ROI, and scalability

- Continuously improve cost efficiency, quality, and conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 48 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
- Proven track record in B2B lead generation and funnel optimization
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience building and scaling lead generation funnels and landing pages
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
- Strong analytical mindset with execution-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate / proptech / marketplace platforms
- Exposure to India and/or UAE real estate markets
- Experience working in startups or fast-growing companies
