Blue Prism Certification (AD01 Developer/Professional)
Automation expertise in: Web, Mainframe, Windows, VBOs, SAP, Surface Automation/OCR, Web Services
Strong knowledge of Multi-bot functionality
Proficiency in VB.NET / C#
Good knowledge of SQL & Oracle
Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, V&V methodologies
Ability to document processes, build UAT test cases & support rollouts

Preferred Skills:
Prior UAE Banking RPA experience
Strong troubleshooting & change control experience
Good communication skills to work with business & IT teams

Role Purpose:

• Building process automations in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
• Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.

• Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
• Problem solving issues that arise in the daily running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the UAT and roll-out phases.
• Solid end user computing skills, An understanding of formal change control procedures and disciplines.
• An understanding of software delivery methodologies (i.e. AGILE, Waterfall, V&V Model).
• An aptitude for logic and mathematics.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues, gather business process details and identify solution requirements.
• An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
• A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges, either on their own or as part of a team.
• Responsibility for developing and delivering automated processes. understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process AS IS and design TO BE BOT flow by following RPA best practices

Communication-

• Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• An ability to envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be.
• Attend all the team meetings, one to one meetings to have a high level of communication culture.
• Timely response to email, tasks assigned and effective follow up with various stakeholders.
• Prepare tasks status reports and submit to stakeholders on timely basis.

  Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs
• The incumbent is responsible to take ownership, maintain & update documented processes or documentation
• related to his job function. In the event where processes or documentation are shared, the incumbent shall be responsible to inform the owner of any document about required changes or improvements.

People & Attendance-

• Co-operate with the team members in a cohesive and professional manner and proactive good attendance habits and maintain the reporting hierarchy in all matters.
• The incumbent should adhere to working hours which might require working for extended hours depending on job nature and task assigned.

Information Security-

• Maintain information security related throughout the period of employment.
• Ensure that data access is controlled and audited using the appropriate tools available in Blue Prism application.
• As soon as possible, report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information to the helpdesk.
• Maintain Risk Free/control IT environment.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPA Blue Prism tool.
• As a Blue Prism Developer must exhibit following special skills
• Certification in Blue Prism developer/Professional developer (AD01)
• Automation skill: Web automation, Mainframe automation, Windows automation, VBOs, SAP automation, Surface automation/OCR and Web services
• Should have good knowledge in VB.net/C#
• Should have good knowledge in SQL and Oracle
• Strong knowledge in Multi-bot functionality
