Talent Acquisition (70%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (technical and non-technical roles).
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define job descriptions.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
  
• 
  Handle offer negotiations, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding formalities.
  
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closure of open positions.
  
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future requirements.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  

HR Generalist (30%)

• Support onboarding, induction, and employee orientation programs.

• Handle employee lifecycle documentation (confirmation, transfers, exit formalities, etc.).
  
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  
• Support payroll coordination and leave management processes.
  
• Maintain HRMIS records and employee data accuracy.
  
• Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
  
• Contribute to HR policy implementation and process improvements.
