Job Description
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (technical and non-technical roles).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and define job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
- Handle offer negotiations, pre-joining engagement, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Generalist (30%)
- Support onboarding, induction, and employee orientation programs.

- Handle employee lifecycle documentation (confirmation, transfers, exit formalities, etc.).
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support payroll coordination and leave management processes.
- Maintain HRMIS records and employee data accuracy.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Contribute to HR policy implementation and process improvements.
