About The Work From Home Job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Pick up important projects that need to be unlocked to enable growth - this could range from redesigning our customer support process to improve customer experience, to significantly increase the speed of asset supply (partnerships), to data deep dives to understand what makes our customers love our product


• Step into any part of the business seamlessly and get cracking to solve the problem at hand - the ability to think sharply and execute at a fast pace


• Establish business processes by spending time to gather insights and build solid processes/SOPs to enable a seamless scaleup


• Work with the founders - share feedback backed by strategic and analytical thinking with the founders on the current setup and take things in hand in improving it


• Build robust feedback loops with the multiple teams and help them solve critical problems, laying out a clear path for success, establish and maintaining KPIs

Requirements

• You are about to complete or recently completed your MBA


• A computer science background would be helpful
  


• Experience working with early-stage startups or analyzing them


• While this role involves an element of strategizing, we expect candidates to have an ear to the ground, get their hands dirty, and solve real problems
