Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized diet counseling to patients with various medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and other chronic diseases.
  
• Conduct nutrition assessments and develop customized meal plans for patients based on their health goals and needs.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to educate patients about the importance of proper nutrition in disease management.
  
• Develop educational materials and resources for patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
  
• Monitor patient progress and adjust diet plans accordingly to achieve optimal results.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience as a Clinical Dietician or related field (Dietitian Activities).
  
• Strong knowledge of dietetics principles, home science, nutrition, and diet counselling techniques.
  
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations from different cultural backgrounds.
