Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and guidelines during cancer treatment procedures.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of radiation equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation related to radiation safety, including incident reports, risk assessments, and training records.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop policies and protocols for safe use of radiation therapy equipment.
  
• Provide education and training on radiation safety principles to staff members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Radiation Safety Officer role (L3) or equivalent position.
  
• Strong knowledge of RSO (Radiation Safety Officer), Radiation Oncology, Ionizing Radiation, Nuclear Medicine, CT scan, MRI scans etc. .
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
