Transplant Coordinator - Kidney

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients, attendants, and transplant teams to ensure smooth patient care.
  
• Manage patient records, including pre-transplant assessment, surgery planning, and post-operative management.
  
• Liaise with medical professionals to facilitate seamless communication during the transplant process.
  
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures related to organ allocation, procurement, and distribution.
  
• Provide emotional support to patients undergoing renal transplantation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Renal Transplant or MSW (Multi-Organ Transplant Welfare). Registered Coordinator
  
• Strong understanding of kidney transplant coordination processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with healthcare professionals.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
