Job Title: General Manager – Real Estate Company

Location: Ajman, UAE

Job Summary: A results-driven and experienced General Manager with strong expertise in real estate operations, property leasing, and facility management. Responsible for managing overall business performance, maximizing property portfolio value, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring high standards of tenant satisfaction and asset management. The role requires strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to develop strategic plans to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall operations of the real estate company, including property leasing, facility management, maintenance coordination, and customer relations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, improve occupancy rates, and expand the company's real estate portfolio.
  
• Lead leasing activities including property marketing, tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Monitor rental market trends in Ajman and surrounding areas to identify new business opportunities and optimize rental income.
• Manage property portfolios including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Oversee facility management operations, ensuring effective maintenance, security, cleaning, MEP services, and compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with facility management teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair works.
• Develop annual budgets, control operational costs, and improve profitability through effective resource management.
• Ensure properties comply with health, safety, municipality, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, tenants, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Supervise and motivate leasing, property management, and administrative teams to achieve company targets.
• Prepare operational reports, financial performance reports, and management updates for senior leadership.
• Implement customer service standards to enhance tenant experience and retention.
• Identify opportunities for property upgrades, renovations, and value enhancement.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in real estate management and property leasing, within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, tenancy agreements, renewals, and UAE real estate regulations.
• Hands-on experience in facility management operations including MEP, maintenance contracts, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Ajman real estate market and rental trends.
