Accountant - Exports And Quarry Operations

Pashan is a quarry-focused natural stone company operating exclusive granite, quartzite, and sandstone quarries across India. Our core business is the extraction and export of raw natural stone blocks to domestic and international markets.

We are looking for an Accountant who understands operations, exports, and compliance, not just bookkeeping. This role works closely with management, quarry teams, and logistics partners to keep finances, taxes, and export documentation clean, efficient, and compliant as we scale our quarry business.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate books for quarry operations, block sales, and exports
• Handle GST filings, returns, and reconciliations related to domestic and export sales
• Support export documentation (invoices, HSN, LUT, GST, coordination with CHA/logistics)
• Track quarry-wise and material-wise costs, margins, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly MIS and management reports
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities
• Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with accounting for exports, manufacturing, mining, or trading businesses
• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, especially GST
• Comfortable working closely with operations and learning how quarrying and exports work
• Practical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
• CA / CA Inter is a plus, but real-world experience matters more.
