Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Accountant at PASHAN. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, reconciling bank statements, assisting with month-end and year-end closings, and preparing financial reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
• Proficiency in Financial Record Keeping and Bank Reconciliation
• Experience with Month-End and Year-End Closings
• Ability to prepare Financial Reports and Statements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
