Key Responsibilities

• Preparations for Board, and other Committee meetings including interaction with various internal stakeholders
• Assist in compliance with the provisions of Insurance Act and other designate regulations
• Preparation of Directors report/ Annual report
• Ensuring timely e-form filings, updation of websites, charter documents, policies etc
