Job Description

We are excited to invite applications from qualified PE3s’ for the role of Quality Auditor - Operations within Patra.
Successful candidates will be assigned to work as a Quality Auditor within the Quality team and stand a chance to directly
get promoted to Team Leader after 6 months of satisfactory performance.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Quality Auditor is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our Processing Executives who deal
with our existing and potential customer processing requests. The Quality Auditor will review processing accuracy
and conformity to company policies and procedures.
  • This individual will assist in developing, creating, and implementing Patra service center processes and procedures;
as well as making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Participates in design of audit formats and quality standards.
  • Performs transaction audits and provides trend data to management team.
  • Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
  • Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
  • Coordinates and facilitates calibration sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provides feedback to Operations leaders and managers.
  • Prepares and analyses internal and external audit reports for management staff review.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 12 months experience as PE3 in Patra and overall 3+ experience in operations
  • No record of documentations or disciplinary actions in the past 1 year
  • Be flexible with shifts

    Should have been rated Well Done or above in last 2 appraisals.

  • Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company.
