Job Description

You have 4+ years of working experience in implementing Google Analytics (UA & GA4), Google Ads, and Third-Party Marketing Tags, preferably using Google Tag Manager. Your role involves managing the end-to-end implementation and reporting of Google Analytics for multiple brands, including E-commerce tracking implementation and reporting. Additionally, you should have a good understanding and experience in implementing Consent Based Tracking and Google Consent Mode. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SPAs, and headless architecture is required, along with expertise in building and managing reports in Google Looker Studio.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be implementing and managing web analytics tools, primarily Google Analytics 4, and tag management tools for clients. Reporting and generating insights to enhance the performance of clients" websites or media campaigns are essential tasks. You will proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in site tagging, analytics, and testing. Collaborating with the brand team to define KPIs and writing technical specifications are key aspects of the role.
You are expected to develop a measurement strategy, provide detailed datalayer instructions, and work closely with developers for changes impacting measurement. Debugging and fixing existing tracking and reporting issues from clients, as well as working with the customer insights team to generate hypotheses and find actionable insights are crucial responsibilities. Measuring the effectiveness of digital campaigns using A/B and/or multivariate testing to refine performance over time is also part of your role.

Having experience with Bigquery for GA4, understanding digital marketing practices, agency and pitching experience, and knowledge of BI tools like Tableau will be advantageous. As a strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills, you will engage in customer-facing interactions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
