Kryon Technology - SAP Lead

Description: Kryon Technology Pvt. Ltd. (iLabs Group) is building Indias next-generation integrated electronics manufacturing platform for PCBA and motor controllers. Our portfolio spans AC indoor/outdoor controllers, BLDC motor controllers, remotes, IoT gateways, routers, STBs and networking devices. We are setting up a high-speed SMT + assembly facility in Sri City supported by a strong design & sourcing ecosystem. As a fast-scaling 01 organization, we are looking for hands-on leaders who can build systems, teams and capabilities from scratch in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

ROLE SUMMARY: The SAP Lead will be responsible for configuring, implementing and supporting SAP modules relevant to PCBA manufacturing. This role requires strong expertise in SAP PP, MM, QM, FI/CO, and their integration with MES, QA tools, planning systems and production testers. The SAP Lead ensures all factory processesPRPO, GRN, BOM/routing, production orders, WIP tracking, inventory, quality checks, and goods movementare correctly mapped and functioning in SAP. This is a core functional role ensuring system discipline, master data integrity and process automation across the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead SAP module implementation across PP, MM, QM, FI/CO, WM/IM.

- Map complete manufacturing processes into SAP including SMT, wave, assembly and testing.

- Configure BOMs, routing, work centers, production versions and scheduling parameters.

- Create workflows for PRPO, GRN, material movements, quality checks and approvals.

- Maintain SAP master data: materials, vendor codes, BOM revisions, routing versions, cost elements and GL mappings.

- Coordinate SAP MES integration for production order execution, traceability and WIP tracking.

- Collaborate with QA for inspection plans, quality lots and rejection workflows.

- Support finance for GR/IR reconciliation, cost centers and inventory valuation.

- Manage user access, authorization roles and SAP security compliance.

- Conduct UAT testing for new SAP enhancements and support change management.

- Train users on SAP transactions, dashboards and best practices.

- Handle SAP tickets, debug issues and coordinate with implementation partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong experience in SAP PP/MM/QM and manufacturing process mapping.

- Knowledge of routing, BOMs, master data, MRP, production orders and costing.

- Experience integrating SAP with MES or factory systems.

- Strong documentation and process understanding.

- ERP discipline and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Tech or MBA. SAP certification preferred.
