Investment Banking Analyst - Mergers & Acquisitions

What role you will play in team: You will support senior bankers in executing mergers and acquisitions transactions for our clients.

What you will do: You'll assist in various aspects of M&A deals.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for clients.
• Support due diligence and transaction execution.
• Conduct industry and competitive research.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing deal pipelines and deadlines.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Excellent financial modeling skills (Excel).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
