About the Role:

Product - Web Platforms & Experiences

We're looking for a Director of Product to own our full web surface - the products through which users and businesses onboard, developers integrate, and internal teams operate.

What the role owns:

• Self-serve / DIY onboarding - the web journey where users and businesses sign up, get verified, and go live.
• Developer Experience (DX) - docs, sandbox, and API onboarding; a core-technical surface.
• Our business website - owning it end to end as a performing acquisition and conversion surface.
• Internal CRM - the platform our sales, servicing, and ops teams run on.

Expertise we're looking for:

• 7+ years in product management, owning web-based products end to end.
• Strong web product experience across multiple web products (commerce, self-serve, developer, and more), and a solid grasp of web and backend development and how it all interacts.
• Range across both growth-oriented onboarding funnels and core-technical products (developer tooling, internal platforms).
• Experience leading product managers - you'll manage a team of three.
• Strong senior stakeholder management across business, compliance, legal, finance, and the CEO's office.
• Sharp product judgement and the ability to make and defend decisions under ambiguity.

A plus (not required):

• Digital onboarding experience - for users, consumers, or B2B players.
• Exposure to regulators or regulated environments.
