Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, assisting with the onboarding process, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and meeting business development goals.
