Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Udaipur. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to support insurance sales and service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, assisting with policy selection and documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of queries. The role also involves coordinating with operations and support teams, tracking customer feedback, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and improve service quality. The Relationship Manager is expected to maintain high ethical standards, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and represent PBPartners professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and sustain long-term engagement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain insurance concepts clearly and handle customer concerns calmly.
• Basic understanding of insurance products and processes, with the willingness to learn about policy features, compliance requirements, and documentation.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer interactions, follow-ups, and reporting tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency with common office and digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) to manage customer data and track activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and support teams and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: bachelors degree or equivalent; local language fluency and strong English communication are preferred.
