This is a target-driven sales role. The primary responsibility is to identify the right prospects, generate qualified leads, convert opportunities and bring in new business. Additional incentives for every milestone achieved.
This isn't a "make a few calls and update a spreadsheet" internship. You'll be finding companies we should be working with, figuring out who actually makes the decision, reaching out to them, starting conversations, following up - and eventually learning how a cold lead becomes a paying client.
KRAs:
- Identify and research relevant B2B prospects
- Execute personalised outreach through LinkedIn, email and calls to prospective clients
- Convert prospects into qualified sales calls/meetings
- Own the follow-up before and after every call
Skill Sets Required:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Good understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
- Persistent, proactive and target-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
